Christmas 2025 Opening Hours
We will close for the Christmas break at 2pm Friday 19th December and re-open at 9am Monday 5th January 2026.
Lead-times are normally 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your order and payment, however this may change due to order volume and during busy periods .
We will confirm current lead-times on receipt of your order, or alternatively you can contact the office for current delivery time-scales.
We pass on our courier costs offering an honest and transparent delivery service. It simply works on the cost of an order.
ITEMS OF 400MM WIDE AND ABOVE WILL REQUIRE A PALLET DELIVERY:
Fascia, soffit and coping widths of 400mm and above will require a palletised delivery service regardless of order value. This service is to prevent the likelihood of damage occurring during transit.
When placing your order online, our basket will not automatically re-calculate your delivery charge to a pallet service, in the event of an order being placed which includes these items we will contact you by the next working day of receiving your order.
